Eric 在中国

从我第一次到广州开始，至今已经在中国五年了。在中国第一年的时候有很多困难需要去克服，但是也发生了很多很有意思的事情。我在中国学到了很多东西，从语言到习俗，现在已经慢慢的开始习惯中国，并且开始喜欢这个国家。这个古老的国家和欧洲有着很大的不同，但我觉得在这里还是有很多事情可以去做，去学习，并且我觉得可以继续在这里推广我们的法国美食。

Already five years spent in China since the first time I came to Guangzhou. It was difficult for the first months even the first year with a lot of hassles but also a lot of good times. But it’s getting better now and I would say that I have been learning many things during this time and it is a great experience to be in this big country so different than Europe. I have the feeling that this little story between me and China is just the beginning because there are still a lot of things to do, to learn and to teach here.
